Overview

August Preseason conditioning. We spend 4 hours a day 5 days a week on :

  • Conditioning

  • Shooting

  • Ball handling

  • Pick and roll offense

  • Post move- low and high post

  • Offense and defensive concepts and more.

Team practices start and also continuation of individual work

October - March
